No matter how hard you try to zoom in, magnify or look into your company’s culture, you’ll realize that understanding or defining what it is can be a problem. After all, your company’s culture cannot be seen through magnification – we can only see it through a broader scope. A bigger picture, if you will.
You see, company culture is an outer expression of your organization’s inner workings. It is embodied through beliefs, words, and actions. As such, you, as a whole, make up your company’s culture.
